The Bull Ant

Bull ants are fierce little creatures. The sting of a bull ant is not barbed and does not remain in the victim, unlike the sting of a bee. The bull ant can sting repeatedly. Its sting is on the abdomen. When the bull ant stings it holds the victim by its mandibles before stinging it. Bull ants are also called soldier ants or bulldog ants.
