Current licence, copyright and terms of use of the Teacher Assistant Program

By installing this program you agree to the terms of the following agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not install and use this program or any of its contents. We reserve the right to make alterations to the terms of use at any time without notification. Current terms and copyright are posted on the Teaching Treasures website.

Copyright:

Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect this software product and accompanying documentation. The software product is licensed, not sold. You may not transfer the license, modify, copy, redistribute, sell, lend, borrow, rent, lease or reverse engineer this software and accompanying media.

Restrictions:

You may install and use one copy of the original CD version of this software on a single computer only. Special copyright protection software accompanying this product will require the original CD to unlock the program. This software product and accompanying documentation are licensed as a single product. Its separate component sections may not be disassembled for use on more than one computer.

You may not give away for trial or send on approval with intent to sell, modify, hire, lend, borrow, give away, preview or sell the software or printable material retrieved from this program. The printable material from this program may be printed solely for educational purposes, only when: 
1) The articles are used in their entirety. ( E.g. The copyright and ownership symbols, logos, trademarks, images and content remain unchanged) 2) Full attribution is given to the author of the copied work. 3) Only one educator and their student(s up to 30 students) only are permitted per license. Anyone found breaching the copyright agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Limited Warranty:

This product is warranted for twelve months from the date of receipt. If this software product performs unsatisfactory due to a manufacturing fault it can be returned to the place of purchase for a pro-rata refund or replacement, entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will Teaching Treasures Publications be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, or for special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the software, even if Teaching Treasures Publications has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination:

Without prejudice to any other rights, we may terminate this license agreement if the user fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. At our discretion we may terminate this license agreement at any time only if such an event occur.
