Mongolia covers an area of approximately 1,566,500 square kilometres (604,800 square miles). It has some magnificent mountain ranges like Altai, Khangai, and Khentei with the highest peak being Tavan Bogd Uul. Three major cities to explore are Ulaanbaatar, Darhan, and Erdenet. Shopping requires money and you'll need to purchase their monetary unit which is 1 tugrik = 100 mongo.

With the wide variation of the landscape you'll find wild animals such as the lynx, bear, musk, red deer, snow leopard, marmots, gazelles, wild horses, donkeys, and camels.
