Beautiful Belgium, where languages such as Flemish (Dutch), French, and German are all recognised as official languages, opens its arms to tourists. Bordered by France, Luxembourg, Germany, and the Netherlands it makes it an ideal place to stop for your next holiday. The Scheldt and Meuse, which are major commercial rivers, and the Ardennes are waiting to be explored. Exciting cities to visit are of course the capital city Brussels, beautiful ports of Antwerp, Zeebrugge and Ghent, delightful Charleroi, and Liege.

If you want to learn about Belgium's past then you are in the right place, Celts, Julius Caesar, Rome, the Franks, Burgundy, Spain, Austria, France and the Netherlands all play a major role in Belgium's rich history. Divided into 3 regions, Wallonia, Flanders, and Brussels, Belgium is a fascinating place to visit.
