Diverse Chile is an
amazing spot in the world full of history and rich in culture. The Atacama
Desert lies in the north and rainfall has never been recorded in certain
areas. The Strait of Magellan is the opposite and receives plenty of rain,
it lies in the south. The natural features range from flat plains to the
massive Andes Mountains with the highest peak being Ojos del Salado, at
6,893 metres (22,615 feet). Some delightful major rivers to explore are
Loa, Bio-Bio, Maule, Maipo, and Aconcagua. For city life in Chile you may
like to consider Greater Santiago, Vina del Mar, Concepcion, Valparaiso,
Talcahuano, and Temuco where treasures can be found.
