Symmetry

Create your own symmetrical designs.

What you need:

Thick non-absorbent paper

Ink or thick paint

What to do:

Fold a sheet of paper in half

Place one or a couple of drops of ink or thick paint in the centre of the fold

Fold close and apply pressure to the fold to squeeze the ink or paint away from the centre.

Open the paper to reveal the symmetrical design created.

You can use basic white paper and black ink or paint, or you can experiment with different colours. Try one drop of yellow, one drop of blue and one drop of red slightly apart from each other in the centre fold of a paper.
